Yes. Signature and Premier packages include 25 to 30 edited photos, color corrected for a bright, clean, natural look. The Essential package is video only.
Not always. Many agents arrange access with a lockbox code. Add access details in the notes when you book. A clean, well lit home makes the biggest difference, so use the shoot prep checklist above.
Exterior and drone footage depend on weather and wind. If conditions are not good enough, we will help you reschedule.
We use technology to speed up editing, captions, and formatting. The footage of your home is real. Any virtually staged image is clearly labeled, and we can provide the original.
Yes. Premier includes up to 5 virtually staged images, and extra images are $25 each. Staged images are always labeled.
Yes. Your delivered video and photos are for marketing your listing on the MLS, your website, and social media.
